Promotional Video for the Motion Lab

Project Overview

PACE Therapeutic Associates launched a groundbreaking Motion Lab in Portland, designed to help athletes and patients improve performance, reduce pain, and prevent injury. Built on the advanced German-based DIERS 4D motion capture system, the lab provides high-speed video analysis, pressure mapping, and EMG data for a complete view of movement mechanics.

The goal of this project was to create a professional promotional video highlighting the Motion Lab’s innovative capabilities, while positioning PACE as a trusted leader in athlete-focused physical therapy.

Project Execution

I directed and produced a dynamic promotional video featuring multiple athletes, including Nike professional runners and an Olympic athlete. The shoot combined athlete performance visuals with behind-the-scenes footage of the Motion Lab technology in action.

The video emphasized both the elite performance benefits, helping world-class runners run faster, and the broader clinical goal of serving everyday athletes and patients. Key highlights included:

• Athlete demonstrations on the Motion Lab’s high-speed treadmill
• Integration of DIERS 4D motion capture visuals
• Storytelling elements underscoring how the lab helps optimize movement and prevent injuries
  

Post-production included editing, color grading, audio balancing, and branding integration to ensure the video matched PACE’s professional image.
