Project Execution
The production began with pre-event coordination, ensuring the space, equipment, and audio systems were fully optimized for a live shoot. On event day, a five-camera setup was deployed: one primary stage camera for consistent coverage, and four supporting cameras to capture close-ups, wide shots, and audience reactions. High-quality audio was recorded through dedicated microphones for each speaker, as well as additional mics for audience questions.
Post-production included full editing, color grading, and audio mixing to create a YouTube-ready long-form video. A custom thumbnail was designed for branding and engagement, and three short-form promotional clips were produced for distribution across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
